These guidelines apply to all user-generated content and participation on Zencive blogs, support forums, comment sections, and social channels.
1. Community Conduct
We welcome respectful and constructive interaction. Users agree to:

✅ Be respectful toward other users and team members
✅ Use appropriate language
✅ Provide helpful, non-malicious feedback
2. Prohibited Behavior
🚫 Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory remarks
🚫 Spam, promotional links, or off-topic content
🚫 Abusive language or threats
🚫 Publishing private or sensitive user data
3. Moderation Process
Our moderators may:
- Edit or remove content that violates guidelines
- Issue warnings or suspensions for repeat offenses
- Permanently ban accounts engaging in harmful behavior
