Product Lifecycle Support Policy
To ensure security, performance, and innovation, Zencive maintains a formal lifecycle for all software products and plugins.
📦 Active Support Period
Each product receives:
- Bug fixes and security updates: Minimum of 24 months from release date
- Major feature updates: Based on demand and product roadmap
- Customer support: As long as the license remains active
🧾 End-of-Life (EOL)
Products that are no longer maintained will be:
- Announced at least 90 days in advance
- Removed from sale
- No longer eligible for support or updates
EOL products may still be used under valid licenses, but compatibility or performance cannot be guaranteed.
🔁 Reinstatement
Retired products may return under new versions or brands. License holders may be offered discounted upgrades or migration paths.
