Billing Terms

These Billing Terms apply to all purchases made through Zencive.com or our authorized platforms.
1. Payment Providers
All transactions are processed via trusted gateways (e.g., Stripe). We do not store card details on our servers.
2. Billing Currency
All charges are listed in USD ($) or as selected during checkout. Exchange rates may apply for international purchases.
3. Invoicing
Invoices are emailed automatically after successful payment and can be re-requested via customer account or support.
4. Recurring Subscriptions
If a product has a recurring license:
- Renewal is automatic (you’ll be notified before)
- You may cancel anytime from your account
- No further charges after cancellation
5. Late Payments
If your renewal fails:
Access to downloads or updates will be paused until resolved
We’ll retry payment attempts
Licenses may be suspended after 7 days of failed payment
