Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”) supplements our Terms of Use and governs the processing of personal data when you use Zencive’s services, in accordance with the UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
1. Subject Matter
This DPA regulates the processing of personal data you share with us when using our SaaS tools, WordPress plugins, or services.
2. Nature and Purpose of Processing
We process personal data solely to provide and support our digital services, including licensing, updates, and customer support.
3. Categories of Data Subjects
- Customers and users
- Website visitors
- Newsletter subscribers
- Support requesters
4. Types of Data Processed
- Name, email, billing data
- License key, IP address
- Browser/device metadata
5. Duration of Processing
We retain data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the intended purpose, meet legal obligations, or as agreed under our Terms.
6. Processor Obligations
Zencode LTD agrees to:
- Process personal data only on documented instructions
- Implement technical and organizational measures for data security
- Ensure confidentiality and access control
- Assist with data subject rights (access, deletion, etc.)
7. Sub-processors
We may use authorized sub-processors (e.g., hosting providers, email platforms). All sub-processors are bound by equivalent data protection obligations.
8. Data Transfers
If data is transferred outside the UK/EU, appropriate safeguards (e.g., SCCs) are in place.
9. Termination
Upon termination, we will return or securely delete customer data, unless otherwise required by law.
