đĢ What Happens After Submission?
Once we receive a complete and valid DMCA notice:
- We will investigate the claim and, if appropriate, remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content
- We may contact the party responsible for the content to notify them of the claim
- If a counter-notification is filed, we may restore the content unless legal action is initiated
đ Counter-Notice
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification that must include:
- Your full name, address, phone number, and email
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the content was wrongly removed or misidentified
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of a relevant court
- Your physical or electronic signature

Zencive reserves the right to terminate accounts or licenses of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.
